For indoor setups, we recommend a minimum of 12 feet wide by 15 feet deep with at least 9 feet of ceiling height. For outdoor setups, 15 feet wide by 20 feet deep is recommended. Our team will assess your space to ensure the perfect fit.

How many players can participate?

Our simulator supports up to 8 players per group in a rotation format. For larger events, we keep everyone engaged with competitions, closest-to-the-pin challenges, and longest drive contests. There's no limit on spectators!

What courses are available?

We offer access to over 43,000 world-famous golf courses including Pebble Beach, St Andrews, Augusta National, and thousands more. Guests can play a full round or enjoy skill-based challenges.

Do you provide a caddie?

Yes! A professional caddie is included at every event. Our caddies manage gameplay, assist players of all skill levels, run competitions, and ensure everyone has an amazing time.

What is the pricing structure?

We have a simple, transparent pricing model with a 2-hour minimum. The 1st and 2nd hours are $250 each, 3rd and 4th hours are $150 each, and every hour after is just $100. Our optional Custom Golf Beverage Cart is $350 per event.

How do I make a reservation?

Simply fill out our booking form online or call us at 480-335-0556. We'll confirm availability, discuss your event details, and secure your date. A deposit is required to hold your reservation.

What is the cancellation policy?

We understand plans can change. Please contact us at least 48 hours before your event for a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

How long does setup and breakdown take?

Indoor setup takes approximately 30-45 minutes and outdoor setup takes 45-60 minutes. We arrive well before your event start time. Breakdown is included and takes a similar amount of time.

Can the simulator work both indoors and outdoors?

Absolutely! Our simulator is designed for both indoor and outdoor use. The outdoor setup features a weather-resistant inflatable enclosure that provides shade and works beautifully in the Arizona climate.

What power requirements are needed?

We only need a standard 110V household power outlet within 100 feet of the setup location. For outdoor events, if power isn't readily available, we can bring a generator for an additional fee.

What about weather contingencies?

Our outdoor setup is designed for Arizona's climate. In case of extreme weather (monsoon storms, high winds), we'll work with you to either move the setup indoors, reschedule, or provide a full refund.

Do you travel outside the Phoenix area?

Yes! We can travel throughout Arizona and even neighboring states for your event. Travel fees may apply for events outside the greater Phoenix Metro Area. Contact us for a custom quote.

What about the beverage cart add-on?

Our Custom Golf Beverage Cart is a premium add-on at $350 per event. It includes a beautifully styled cart that serves drinks to your guests in true golf course fashion. You provide the beverages; we provide the cart and the style.
