Booking Requests

Submitting a booking inquiry does not guarantee a reservation. All bookings are subject to availability and written confirmation by Iron Tee Mobile Golf.

Safety Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing a safe, level, and suitable location for equipment setup and operation.

Participants must follow all instructions provided by Iron Tee Mobile Golf staff.

Any participant acting in an unsafe, reckless, abusive, or disruptive manner may be removed from participation without refund.

Assumption of Risk

Participation in golf simulator activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Injury from swinging golf clubs
• Injury from golf balls
• Damage caused by improperly used equipment
• Slips, trips, and falls
• Physical exertion associated with golf activities

By participating in activities involving Iron Tee Mobile Golf equipment, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Iron Tee Mobile Golf, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any injury, illness, death, property damage, loss, or expense arising from participation in activities involving our services or equipment.

Participation is voluntary and entirely at your own risk.

Responsibility for Minors

Parents, legal guardians, event hosts, or responsible adults are solely responsible for supervising minors using the equipment.

Participants under the age of 18 may be required to have a parent or legal guardian sign a liability waiver before participation.

Equipment Damage

Customers may be held financially responsible for damage to equipment caused by negligence, misuse, intentional misconduct, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow safety instructions.

Normal wear and tear is excluded.

Property Damage

Iron Tee Mobile Golf is not responsible for damage to property resulting from participant actions, misuse of equipment, or failure to follow safety instructions.

Liability Waiver

Certain events may require participants to sign a separate Liability Waiver and Release Agreement before using the equipment.

Failure to sign required documents may result in denial of participation.

Intellectual Property
